Defining BRM Role, Discipline and Capability: Practical Tools & Techniques
During the 2-day training, participants will be introduced to a BRM as a Role, as a Discipline, and as an Organizational Capability and will be engaged in a journey of how to build the BRM framework in their organization, including defining the BRM value proposition, BRM value measurements, cultural readiness, and Demand Management; understanding of requirements, competencies and behaviours which BRMs need to have to enable business value, and building the approach for the implementation of BRM framework in their organization.
