As a Computer Technician, you will answer first-line user service calls and provide solutions to users or vendors to resolve their equipment functionality issues and related service requests.
** Two hybrid roles are available. Candidates must be in Quebec to be selected. **
The candidate for this business analyst role will support internal customers by analyzing departmental business needs and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
The Intermediate Project Manager (PM) candidate is comfortable working in an environment of (re)definition and change where all processes are not yet fully defined or written. Willing to work collaboratively in an iterative and continuous improvement mode.
As an ITSM specialist, you bring expertise in systems management, IT service management (ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library), best practice support (ITSM: Information Technology Service Management), and the configuration of the ITSM tool.
